Our purpose
Hi, I’m Emma Jane! A Certified Pilates instructor, Certified Hatha/Vinyasa Yoga Teacher and I’ve been teaching for 7 years with a long background of dance and sports.
When I started learning about Pilates I noticed how difficult it was to find a consistent class in my local area (Frodsham, Cheshire) that was suitable for every age and body. I either found that the classes available were often targeted for a certain age group or a particular focused injury. The deeper my practice grew, I knew I needed to show that Pilates is for every BODY and ALL ages, whilst being amazing for injury rehab; it is also amazing for toning, connecting to breath and overall well-being.
My mission behind Emma Jane Studios is to bring a diverse approach to an in person Pilates practice. Making it fun, challenging and engaging for everyone, whilst seeing results in strength, posture and mind, body connection.
Because Pilates is truly for every body - and so this is your space.
